About Me:
I am a Life coach, for the formative years. I work with 14-22 year olds and am passionate about the exciting times that those years can provide. As a coach, then I feel proud and honored to empower and support an individual along the path to discovering and putting in to action their own life and destiny that they deserve. I believe that there are no challenges, just opportunities for your strength, personality and abilities to shine. I know that only you can make it happen and you can achieve all of your goals and fulfill your purpose. I am a keen runner, who is training for a 10k run in July and have a pet Guinea pig. My life coaching practice is called B You.

My biggest challenge.
